I have worked at different hospitals, including The Cleveland Clinic and Duke and have trained with thought leaders who have helped define my approach to mental wellness. I am a two time valedictorian and graduated from University at Buffalo and finished my Masters at University of Alabama. I specialize in a variety issues including Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and ADHD. My specialty is dealing with College, Graduate, and Professional students, however I enjoy working with adults of all ages.

Jessica Clark
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Jessica Clark is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. She holds a doctorate in nursing practice from the University at Buffalo and bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Rochester. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Clark served as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in the U.S. Air Force where she worked with patients struggling with a wide- range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood and sleep issues, alcohol
dependence, relationship issues, and general life stress. She also has extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ population and supporting individuals through gender- affirming transitions. A holistic approach viewing individuals as biological-psychological-social-spiritual beings guides her evaluations and treatment recommendations. She is passionate about helping people achieve their best quality of life through an individualized combined-approach of lifestyle changes, psychotherapy, and medication when needed.
Sophie Gloeckler
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified (DNP) Researcher in Biomedical Ethics (PhD)
Sophie graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Columbia University before completing her DNP there and becoming a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She also holds a PhD in Biomedical Ethics from the University of Zürich.
Sophie has spent years working with individuals to help them bring greater awareness to their experiences. She has clinical training in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness techniques, and focusing. As a Feldenkrais practitioner, a type of movement therapist, she has a strong background in somatic work. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society and was awarded a Fulbright research grant in 2019. Her postdoctoral research focuses on ethical questions related to autonomy, critical illness, and end-of-life.
